Cancellation Policy

**High Definition Studios Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy** ## **1. Rescheduling Policy** - Clients may reschedule their booking **once** at no additional cost if requested at least **24 hours** before the scheduled start time. - Rescheduling requests made **less than 24 hours before the session** will incur a **$50 rescheduling fee**. - Sessions must be rescheduled within **30 days** of the original booking date, subject to availability. - Clients who fail to attend their rescheduled session will forfeit all payments and will need to make a new booking. ## **2. Cancellation Policy** - Cancellations made at least **24 hours in advance** will receive a **studio credit** (minus the non-refundable deposit) that can be used for a future session within **90 days**. - Cancellations made **less than 24 hours before the session** will result in **forfeiture of all payments**. - No-shows will be considered a **full cancellation**, and clients will not be eligible for a refund or credit. ## **3. Late Arrivals & Session Extensions** - Clients arriving more than **15 minutes late** without prior notice may have their session shortened to accommodate other bookings. - If a client wishes to extend their session, additional time may be granted **only if available**, and must be paid for **before the extension begins**. ## **4. Weather & Emergency Exceptions** - If severe weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies prevent a client from attending their session, rescheduling may be granted at the studio’s discretion without incurring a fee. - Proof of emergency may be required for consideration. ## **5. Studio Discretion & Policy Enforcement** - High Definition Studios reserves the right to make final decisions on all rescheduling and cancellation requests. - Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be required to make **full upfront payments** for future bookings.
